Sorry I havent been an active part of tumblr in forever. I am going to keep my regular blog and include fitness/eating stuff there. It is too time consuming running both blogs.

Hey friends. I know. I know. Shame on me. I have been hiatus for SO LONG. Here is a new song for you. If you haven’t seen the video it is beyond hilarious. It is Gangnam Style by PSY. He is saying “Oppa Gangnam Style” Not “Open Condom Store.” BTW. Ha. Oppa is a word Korean girls call a boy they like. It can also mean brother. Gangnam is a rich district in Seoul. 

Hey all. Here is an extremely healthy recipe (and you can omit the pork if you don’t eat meat.) Kimchi is one of the world’s healthiest foods. It’s spicy and delicious. SO Delicious! So get to it and make some kimchi chigae! Recipe I used is here.

I know you can’t get enough K-Pop, so here’s another song for your workout.
It’s very throwback and reminds me of Michael Jackson in his prime. It’s pretty fantastic. I love the harmonies. Something I wish more Kpop groups would do considering most have 5+ members.

Badadada

The start of this week has been rough. I’ve have been so tired and drained of any energy, which is RIDICULOUS because it has been so beautiful out. I NEED to go running again. Lame excuse, but I can’t find my ipod, which really helps me push myself. So @ the top of my to do list is: Find Ipod.

I haven’t done NMTZ for a few days either. I am going to tonight though! 
I had a good weekend. I walked around a park for a few hours and also went dancing both evenings for a couple hours, so I think I sufficiently burned my calories for those days. :)

On an unrelated exercise note, I am started reading The Hunger Games. I had it from the library 4-5 months ago and didn’t have time to read it so I had to return it and go back on the waiting list. Pushed back to #189. So it’s finally in my hands again. I’m about 9 chapters in and enjoying it so far.

This was supper tonight + a pear. Wonton Chicken Tacos. YUM! Wonton wrappers, chicken breast, green pepper, red onion, a little cheddar cheese. Mine aren&#8217;t quite as pretty because I don&#8217;t own a mini muffin tin, just a regular one. :) 33 Calories PER Taco.
