WORKOUTS I HAVE TRIED OR DO
Before I jump into my goals & stats I am going to bore you with some random facts about me. Why? Because I realize that although I am aspiring for a healthier hotter body, what I look like does not define who I am. (Something my husband and myself has to remind me of because we all have those down days.)
I’m warm, friendly, and down to earth. I’m into photography, graphic design, music, film, and art. I enjoy a hot cup of black coffee and a good book. My favorite tunes to listen to are from the Black Keys, Devotchka, and K-Pop hits. I could watch Beauty and the Beast forever (I will love Disney until the day I die.) But my favorite film, hands down, is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I like cute stuff, but I’m not overly girly (Seriously, I would not miss pink or rhinestones if they disappeared.) I am however a sucker for lace and high waist skirts.
I’m also a Christian. I won’t shove what I believe down your throat and I apologize for those of you who have encountered a Christian that thought it was more important to prove that they were right then to show Christ’s love. Relationship. Not a Religion.
Onto the fitness info.
My goals are simple:
Start living a healthier more active lifestyle that I can continue for the rest of my life, not just a few months! I am incorporating cardio, strength, and flexibility because I want to be lean!
My reward will be more energy, high self-esteem, and a tight body. The hardest part will be working on my thighs, calves, and arms.
Body Type: Inverted Triangle Slight Pear? Haha.
I have a fairly athletic body (despite being very bad at a majority of sports) I have wider shoulders and my body is pretty evenly proportioned. People usually think I weigh less then I do.
PS - I have ridiculously monstrous calves.
Amount of Weight Lost: 13.5 lbs.
Goal for Weight Lost: 35 lbs.
