I’m frustrated and that’s the sound I make when I’m frustrated. My weight keeps fluctuating up and down by 3-4 lbs. -_- This does not make me a happy camper. Does anyone say that anymore?

The start of this week has been rough. I’ve have been so tired and drained of any energy, which is RIDICULOUS because it has been so beautiful out. I NEED to go running again. 3 MONTHS. This is it.
I am giving myself a deadline. I need to hit my goals. I keep kind of working out, kind of exercising, enough to maintain my weight (well… I did gain a few lbs. back but mostly from retaining water.)
