Motivational MondayMondays are hard. I go back to work and feel bleh. (Bleh is a word right? ;])So some days getting home and working out isn’t easy. This whole month has been a little bleh and I feel like my progress was far below what I wanted.But there’s no point in sulking about it. It simply means it’s time to get back at it harder, faster, stronger.

Motivational Monday
