WORKOUTS I HAVE TRIED OR DO
I’m frustrated and that’s the sound I make when I’m frustrated. My weight keeps fluctuating up and down by 3-4 lbs. -_- This does not make me a happy camper. Does anyone say that anymore?

The start of this week has been rough. I’ve have been so tired and drained of any energy, which is RIDICULOUS because it has been so beautiful out. I NEED to go running again. Lame excuse, but I can’t find my ipod, which really helps me push myself. So @ the top of my to do list is: Find Ipod.
I haven’t done NMTZ for a few days either. I am going to tonight though!
I had a good weekend. I walked around a park for a few hours and also went dancing both evenings for a couple hours, so I think I sufficiently burned my calories for those days. :)
On an unrelated exercise note, I am started reading The Hunger Games. I had it from the library 4-5 months ago and didn’t have time to read it so I had to return it and go back on the waiting list. Pushed back to #189. So it’s finally in my hands again. I’m about 9 chapters in and enjoying it so far.
I’m feeling tired and lazy and don’t want to work out. EEEESSHHHKKKK!! HELP!
I am giving myself a deadline. I need to hit my goals. I keep kind of working out, kind of exercising, enough to maintain my weight (well… I did gain a few lbs. back but mostly from retaining water.) I started this blog in June and I have had some off months which have prevented me from getting to my goal faster, which is disappointing, but I am dusting myself off and going again.
This is my first truly committed week in awhile. I lost about 3 lbs, but I know a lot of it was water, but it’s still getting rid of it and I look & feel a lot better. :)
Right now I am doing Jillian Michaels No more trouble zones and Jillian Michaels Banish Fat & Boost Metabolism + HIIT workouts/or cardio some of the days I do NMTZ. For me, doing strength circuit training always gives me better results than doing all cardio + a couple days of strength training. I think it’s because I also cut down my calorie intake so there isn’t a need for me to burn 700+ calories during my workout.
Breakfast and then a HIIT workout. Have a strong weekend!
